i wanna mount my 2 12" XPS's inverted do i wire them out of phase. or keep it normal? ive searched around and cant find a definate answer.

The choice is yours. Try them one way, and then try them the other. One way will blend better with your components and the other way will not. Electrically there is no difference as far as the woofers are concerned. They are not like an amp where when you wire the input backwards it blows up.
