XPe12 with S1000.1?

Postby Boyd1184 on Sun Nov 23, 2008 2:43 pm

I'm new to the site, I'm thinking about running 1 XPe12(or XPe12D I'm not sure the difference) with a S1000.1 and using the S400.4 for my speakers. Is this a good setup?? How much should it cost?? All replys welcome, please help.

Best setup would be two XPe12d's on S1000.1. Wire it down to 1 ohm and it will really hammer.

If you want a single sub system then S500.1 on XPe12d is the way to go!

Chris -

Here's a link that will help you figure out your wiring. good stuff here!

However, I'm hoping you have 2 of those woofers. the lowest load you can achieve with 1 xpe12D is 2 ohms. a second woofer would let you hit the 1 ohm load.
